Terms and Conditions for Instagram Giveaway between @arielerinkaplan & @shavershopau
Definitions:
1. "The Promoter" refers to Ariel Kaplan, whose Instagram handle is @arielerinkaplan, in partnership with Shaver Shop (@shavershopau).
2. "Prize" refers to the specific product featured in the giveaway video, as selected by the winner.
Eligibility:
3. This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in mainland Australia.
Entry Period:
4. The giveaway commences on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 10:30 AM AEDT and concludes on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEDT.
How to Enter:
5. Follow @arielerinkaplan on Instagram,
6. Follow @shavershopau on Instagram,
7. Comment on the giveaway post with less than 25 words, stating which product featured in the video you would like to win and why.
Winner Selection and Notification:
8. The winner will be chosen by Ariel Kaplan based on her judgment of the best answer,
9. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the giveaway's conclusion,
10. The winner's name and social media username may be posted on the Promoter's social media profiles
Liability Limitations:
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability is limited to the cost of the Prize,
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential costs, expenses, losses, or damages suffered by a participant,
13. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries,
14. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

16. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter
17. Instagram is not affiliated with or involved in the competition
18. Only one entry per person will be accepted
19. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition
21. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
Prize Fulfillment:
22. The winner may be required to provide their name, address, email, and phone number to facilitate Prize delivery The Prize will be awarded as specified in the giveaway post
Governing Law:
23. This giveaway is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
24. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
