If your product is available at a store, then a Select Store button will appear at the checkout. You can then nominate that store as your pick-up location.

Make sure you bring valid photo ID or confirmation email when you pick up the order. Valid photo ID includes Driver’s License, Passport, Proof of Age Card or a Government ID Card.

A nominated person can pick up your order for you, just ensure they have on hand, the full name on the order, the order confirmation email and valid photo ID.

Click and Collect orders will be held for 14 days from the day you have placed your order. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Click on Select Store for your delivery option at checkout. Enter your address or postcode in the Search Location bar to find your closest store and click Select if it is available for your products.

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email as well as further correspondence when your order is ready for collection.

Collect your order in-store within 14 days of purchase

Head into store to pick up the order. Ensure you have the following information on hand:
1. Order confirmation email
2. Full name of the person who placed the order
3. Photo identification
