All our orders are fulfilled from one of our Shaver Shop stores.
When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, to let you know that your Shaver Shop order is on its way. If you require further updates on your order please contact Shaver Shop customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist.
Free Standard Delivery applies for all orders $100 and over (excluding massage products and bulky items). A standard delivery fee of $9.95 applies to all products under $100, with massage products and bulky items having a bulky delivery fee of $15 - $50 depending on the size & weight of the product.
The approximate delivery times for standard delivery are 3 - 7 business days, including most regional areas.
Click & Collect
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to place an online order and pick your items up for free from any Shaver Shop store, subject to item availability.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
1. Place your order.
Find your products, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the details of the person who will be collecting the order and select Store Pick Up as your delivery option. If all of your items are available in a Click & Collect store near you, the store will be available on the Click & Collect map. You may have to zoom out on the map in order to view all Shaver Shop stores offering Click & Collect near you. Select store and complete your purchase.
2. Receive an order confirmation.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation that will include your order details and where to collect your order. The store will then process your order and you will receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
3. Collect your order.
Head into the nominated Shaver Shop store to collect your order! Please ensure to have the order number or confirmation ready as well as valid photo ID to collect the order. This information will be recorded.
Click & Collect orders will be held for 14 days from the day you have placed your order. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Valid photo ID includes Drivers License, Passport, Proof of Age Card or a Government ID card.
