Great relief for an aching back!
Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who suffers from chronic back pain. He loves it! Even without the heat, the massaging balls are firm enough to provide a good massage and relief. The convenience of being able to grab it and use on any chair in the house is also really helpful (we just leave an extension cord attached in case we sit somewhere that's not close to an outlet). Highly recommend.

The seat is a pad so it easily able to be laid flat. It's a great product for the price.
