Our teams continue to practice increased hygiene practices and to provide a safe in-store environment. When shopping in our stores, we ask that you please adhere to social distancing guidelines of 1.5m and note that we are encouraging cashless payment options where possible.

A note to our Victorian customers: Face coverings are mandatory and customers will need to wear a face covering when entering all stores located in Victoria.*

*Infants & children under 12 and those affected with a relevant medical condition are exempt.


We understand that you may prefer to not shop in stores currently, or be unable to visit our stores over this time.

Please note, we do have an increased volume of online orders. Please allow extra time to receive your order.

We understand timely delivery of your orders is crucial!

Shipment of orders from our stores continue to be dispatched within 24-48 hours. However, once dispatched, orders are experiencing delays through our delivery partner Australia Post. We understand delivery times are taking longer than the usual 3-7 business day timeframe due to unprecedented delivery volumes. We do encourage you to sign up for MyPost and request SMS notifications to manage your order, so Australia Post can advise you of updates along the way.

To ensure you can access regular updates regarding your order, we recommend tracking your parcel for the latest updates. This can be done by entering your tracking number into the Australia Post tracking tool here.

Your parcel tracking number can be found in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

We appreciate your patience as Australia Post manage the increased volumes they are experiencing.
