Directions

1. Plug massager into compatible wall power point. 
2. Use foot to turn on on/off button on top of foot spa. 
3. Allow water to heat to up (approx 10 mins). 
4. Place feet in foot spa. 
5. Move your feet around for more pressure and treatment.

Recommended massage times
Generally, massage should not last longer than 10–15 minutes. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily as desired. Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. If you experience this, discontinue use. Allow the unit to cool before using again. As a person’s metabolism varies, so does his or her response to massage. You should adjust your massage time to suit your needs and personal comfort. If you have any concerns regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your physician.
