The Extreme Grip clipper is built around control. A shaped body with a thumb groove keeps the tool locked into your hand through longer cutting sessions, and the non-slip surface holds steady even when hands are warm or covered in cut hair. The 3-in-1 fade blade sits on a lever that steps between 0.8mm, 1.8mm and 2.8mm without swapping combs, so blends and fades are easy. A 6,000 RPM motor drives it through thick or coarse hair without slowing.
The LCD on the clipper handle shows battery level and flags when the tool needs oiling, cleaning or charging, so upkeep stays in front of you rather than getting forgotten.
The paired trimmer carries the same non-slip grip through to the finer work. Detachable blades lift out for a proper clean between sessions, and one full charge runs it for an hour of detail work on beard lines, sideburns and neck edges.
The clipper runs cordless for up to 3.5 hours from a full charge - enough for multiple haircuts before it needs plugging in again. The kit rounds out with six reinforced clipper guide combs, five trimmer guide combs plus a 10-position adjustable comb, styling comb, scissors, storage pouch, blade oil and cleaning brush.
How to Use the Clipper:
- Charge the clipper fully before first use. The LCD will show the battery level once it's ready
- Comb dry hair through so it sits in its natural direction. Wet or damp hair clumps and gives you an uneven cut
- Choose your starting length. For shorter work, set the 3-in-1 fade lever on the blade — 0.8mm, 1.8mm or 2.8mm. For longer lengths, clip on one of the six reinforced guide combs (1.5mm to 12mm)
- Grip the clipper with your thumb resting in the groove along the body. Start at the neckline and work upward, moving the clipper against the direction of hair growth in slow, even passes. Let the motor do the work - pressing harder doesn't cut faster
- Blend between lengths by flicking the clipper outward as you move up the head, or step the fade lever down as you go for a smoother transition
- Check your work from both sides. Go back over any patches that look uneven
- When the LCD flags oiling or cleaning, brush the blade clean and add a couple of drops of blade oil along the teeth before your next use
How to Use the Trimmer:
- Charge the trimmer fully before first use
- Comb the beard or hair straight so it sits flat and even
- For a shaped beard, clip on one of the five trimmer guide combs (1.5mm to 3.75mm) or use the 10-position adjustable comb for lengths between 2mm and 11mm. For sharp lines and edges, run the trimmer without a comb
- Rest your thumb in the groove and move the trimmer against the grain of the hair in short, controlled strokes. Work from the ears down along the jaw, then the moustache, then the neckline
- For lines and edges - cheek line, neck line, sideburn edge - turn the trimmer so the blade edge sits flat against the skin, then draw it along the line you want to define
- Detach the blade to brush it clean after each use, and add a drop of blade oil along the teeth every few sessions
