The soft sides on these refills give a little as you brush. The head keeps contact as it follows the curve of each tooth and works in along the gums. That is where a deep clean shows first, and where build-up is easiest to miss.
The blue bristles fade as the head wears, so you can see when it is time for a fresh one rather than trying to remember. Compatible handles keep track too and prompt you at the three-month mark. Every Sonicare handle takes them, apart from Philips One.
How to Use:
- Pull the used brush head off the handle.
- Push the new head onto the handle until it clicks into place.
- Swap in a fresh head every three months, or sooner once the blue bristles have faded.
