Three attachment heads mean the device can move from a delicate upper lip to a full leg without you fighting the shape of your body to get contact. The Smart Flex head pivots as you glide it around knees, elbows, and underarms, keeping the window flush against skin so no patch gets missed. The other two heads suit larger flat areas and finer facial work.
With each flash, light pulses reach the hair root and slow the growth cycle. Fine hairs come back sparser and softer with each round of sessions, and by the end of the cycle, whole stretches of skin stay smooth for long periods between top-ups.
The skin tone sensor is what makes this model comfortable. It reads the area before every flash and dials the intensity to suit your skin - which is especially helpful on spots you can't see clearly, like the back of the knees. Sensitive, Balanced and Power modes let you take manual control when you want to.
It's safe to use on your skin, even "down there*", and eye-safe, too - no goggles or glasses needed during use.
How to Use:
- Shave the treatment area and pat the skin dry. Do not wax, epilate or pluck - the light needs to target the hair root
- Remove any lotion, deodorant or makeup from the area so the skin tone sensor reads accurately
- Select the head attachment for the area you're treating and turn the device on
- Press the sensor window flat against the skin. The device will read your skin tone and set the intensity automatically. You can override with Sensitive, Balanced or Power if preferred
- Flash the area, then move the window to the next section of skin. Work in overlapping passes so no patch is missed
- Repeat on each treatment area twice a month for three months, then top up whenever regrowth appears
- Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner on treated skin for a couple of days before and after each session
