The Smart Flex head pivots to sit flat against curved areas like knees and underarms, so contact stays consistent without awkward angles. Three intensity modes - Sensitive, Balanced and Power - let you soften the flash for the face and step it up for sturdier growth on the legs. A skin tone sensor reads the area before each flash and adjusts intensity automatically, keeping treatment comfortable even in spots you can't easily see.
It's safe to use on your skin, even "down there*", and eye-safe, too - no goggles or glasses needed during use.
How to Use:
- Shave the treatment area and pat the skin dry. Do not wax, epilate or pluck - the light needs to target the hair root
- Remove any lotion, deodorant or makeup from the area so the skin tone sensor reads accurately
- Select the head attachment for the area you're treating and turn the device on
- Press the sensor window flat against the skin. The device will read your skin tone and set the intensity automatically. You can override with Sensitive, Balanced or Power if preferred
- Flash the area, then move the window to the next section of skin. Work in overlapping passes so no patch is missed
- Repeat on each treatment area twice a month for three months, then top up whenever regrowth appears
- Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner on treated skin for a couple of days before and after each session
