So How Can I Achieve The Look?

First, wash and towel dry your hair. Section the hair how you normally would to straighten. Starting with the first section, spray the ghd bodyguard - heat protect spray onto the hair and brush through with the ghd paddle brush. Place the duet style at the roots of the hair, close the plates, and hold for 3 seconds. This will dry the roots first. Slowly glide the styler down the section of hair. Repeat as necessary until the hair is dry. This is usually 3-4 passes, similar to a standard hair straightener. Continue this method through each section of the hair.

Once the hair is dry, turn the styler onto the Shine Shot™ mode. This will activate the four plates to be ready to straighten, curl, wave or style just like a hair straightener. Ensure to only use the Shine Shot™ once the hair is completely dry.
