Yes Painless. No Nicks unless you really press hard. Of course you will still see a little stubble but it's minor.

Can this be used on delicate areas (ladies)? And is it easy to clean?

The Remington Smooth and Silky shaver can be used in the private areas. For best results, I would recommend using the bikini trimmer prior to trim the hair as short as possible before shaving.

On the back of the pack it says Soothing Aloe Vera Moisturizing & Massage strip......and points at the handle of the shaver???? What is this? Where is this? Nothing in the box? Where would it go anyway?

Does this electric shaver give as close a shave as razor? What is like in comparison to the Philips Satinelle? And is it suitable for the arms as well as the legs. Thank you
Not quite as close as a razor but still very good. Razors irritated my skin and I often had razor rash and ingrown hair which defeated the whole purpose of having smooth skin. This shaver is a better option. Can use it on on underarms and legs. Can't comment on the Satinelle.

Is this a wet and dry ladies shaver?
Yes, this is a Wet and Dry shaver.
I purchased this for my daughter so she wouldn't need to shave her legs in the shower, thus saving us HEAPS of water ! So far so good, she really likes it.
