Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy and fast, and a very even cut. I am extremely happy with this hair clipper. I have used a similar product which honestly didn't give nearly as good a haircut. This gives me the cleanest, smoothest cut I've ever had. Very quick too - about 5 minutes, and the job is done. So I could easily use this once a week or so to keep my hair looking neat and tidy. The unit is waterproof too, so that makes cleaning really quick and easy, just run it under the tap for a few seconds, and dry with my wife's bath towel :) . It comes with a ridiculously comprehensive set of comb attachments. For me, the # 3 (9mm) cut was just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best fastest cut ever The best hair cutter I ever used, Extremely Fast, cuts so well, and safe. I was a bit worried about using it without a attachment but as soon as I started could feel it was safe and well just great.

Which is overall better out of the 2 the Remington Rapid Cut or the VS Sasson Crew Cutter?

Asked by: Ash90
I have not used the VS Sasson Crew Cutter, but all the VS Sasson I have owned in the past are cheap junk with a fancy name. The Remington Rapid Cut though is the best Grooming Product I have ever had, I even use it with out the combs to shave my neck and face, the shape is perfect, and you can shave your head in about 2 minutes with ease. Its a solid powerful Shaver.

what is the difference and which is better, the "rapid cut turbo", or the "round crew cut trimmer"? tia

Asked by: thelegendone
If your comparing the rapid cut turbo to the VS Crew Cut then I think the RCT is far better. It has lots of different length combs, a really good battery that lasts for ages and cuts hair really evenly. It also fits nicely in the hand as well. I have cut my hair about 6 times so far and haven’t had to recharge it.

Just had a look at my hubby’s and the #0 attachment is 1.5ml and that’s the smallest attachment that’s in the bag.

I was reading reviews on the HC4250AU and there was a lot of complaints about the battery only lasting 18 months. What is the difference in the battery on the HC4300AU?

Asked by: Glenn
Hi, Thank You for your question. The HC4300AU clipper is the upgraded one to the HC4250AU (which is dis-continued). The HC4300AU has a turbo feature built into the clipper giving you more cutting power than the previous model. This new model also has a Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery Regards Shaver Shop

Can i do my beard with it? I prefer using my current hair Clipper to do my beard actually.

Asked by: AmrSalem
I use the longest (25mm) comb to trim my beard and it works just fine. It's larger than most beard trimmers would be so it might be hard to get a really close trim, and being curved it's probably no good for edges. But if you have a slightly longer beard it will work.

Using the largest comb for cutting hair, how long will the hair be?

Asked by: Johnno A
The largest comb cuts your hair to 25 mm (one inch). I use the 21 and 18 mm for top and sides respectively. Good result and nice, even cut.
