How To Use:

1. Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and sync device with the app
2. Cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser, removing makeup, oils, and impurities
3. Apply a thin layer of FOREO’s conductive serum for a safe and effective treatment, and massage until fully absorbed
4. Select your pre-set routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button
5. Glide BEAR mini across your skin for 2 minutes across desired areas. The device will switch off once the routine is complete
6. Continue with your regular skincare routine on top of SERUM SERUM SERUM
7. Use for 2 minutes once a day, at any time of the day or night
