Micro Pedi Nano Q&A
Q. Is the Micro Pedi Nano suitable for use by everyone?Micro Pedi is not suitable for children, those with diabetes or poor blood circulation. The device should not to be used on areas that are red, irritated, inflamed or infected.Q. Why is someone who has diabetes excluded from using the product? Some diabetics are at extreme risk of getting an infection due to the lack of feeling in their feet (neuropathy) and their inability to heal normally. Even a small nick can lead to gangrene, resulting in the amputation of toes, feet, or legs. It is therefore safer to avoid using the Micro Pedi if you are a diabetic.Q. Why is someone with poor blood circulation excluded from using the product?Poor circulation means that there’s less feeling (not as aware if their skin gets cut) and the skin becomes thinner therefore more at risk of nicks etc. This is something that older people should be aware of.Q. Is it possible to take too much skin off the soles of the feet by using the Micro Pedi Nano?Micro Pedi Nano is designed to only buff away dry and hard skin. Once this skin is removed, although the roller will continue to spin, the user will no longer notice any further skin coming off the foot.Q. How do I clean the rollers?A. Avoid using water or submerging the rollers in water. It is advisable to clean the rollers using the brush provided or any soft bristle brush.Q. How do I clean my Micro Pedi Nano unit?A. The Micro Pedi Nano unit is water resistant and the head of the unit can therefore be rinsed under running water. Remove the rollers before you clean your unit.Q. How many uses will I get from each roller? This depends on how rough the skin on your feet is. Everyone is different, however a good indication would be between 8 and 10 uses per roller.
