SALES CONSULTANT

Description
The Sales Consultant is:
� Expected to provide excellent customer service at all times to all customers.
� Must endeavour to make each customer�s shopping experience a happy and enjoyable one

-Required for 15+ hours per week.

Main Function
The Sales Consultant is required to:
� Use the selling skills as prescribed in training and as directed by the Employer and Store Manager and documented in the Training, Product and Procedures Manual.
� Familiarise themselves with any related information about selling methods/procedures listed in the Training, Product and Procedures Manual.
� Be versatile and flexible in relation to their sales presentations i.e. At various times the Employer and Store Manager will request that emphasis be placed on particular products.
� Use their professional sales skills to highlight these products to customers.

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant is required:
� To merchandise and re-merchandise the store as directed by the Employer or Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Sales Consultant is expected to re-merchandise as required.

Pre Requisites
-Applicant must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Must also be fully available during peak retail periods such as father's day and Christmas. Applicant will not be allowed to take time off during 1st Dec-31st Jan.

Salary Range
